I was in a tough spot — the big four banks in Aus all knocked me back, and it honestly felt like a dead end. Sam didn’t treat it like that for a second. Even though he’s from NSW and I’m from QLD he took the time to understand my situation properly, explained every option clearly, and actually did the work to find a solution instead of just giving me the usual vague promises.
